On the morning of January 22nd, 2020, Bach Dang Giang relic site organized the inauguration of 4 stone steles as: King Vuong Ngo Quyen; King Le Dai Hanh; “Hich Tuong Si” of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and testament of President Ho Chi Minh.
The stone steles memorize the national heroes at Bach Dang Giang relic site, Hai Phong
Attending the inauguration ceremony to Mr. Le Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee, Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Council and other city leaders.
Each stone stele is manipulated with sophisticated patterns, 6.2 m heigh, 3.8 m width , and 0.5 m thickness. It is placed on the back of the stone tortoise. Material of of them are red granite, monolith. The stone steles were crafted by the hands of talented artisans in Danang. The weight of each stele is over 100 tons.
Located in the Victory Square, look at the sea, on the majestic Bach Dang Giang river, each stone stele is a witness that records the merit and trophy of the predecessors.
Bach Dang Giang relic site where marks the merits and trophy of King Ngo Quyen, King Le Dai Hanh and Quoc Cong Tiet Che Dao Dao Tran Tran Tuan Tuan. They are national heroes who led the army and Dai Viet people to destroy Nam Han army in 938, Tong army in 981, Nguyen Mong army in 1288 on Bach Dang river, establish miracle stories at Bach Dang Giang relic site.
