The statues are made of solid bronze. Each statue is 8 meters high and and weighs 40 tons. They look lively with specific expression. Statue of King Ngo Quyen stands in the middle. His hand is showing Bach Dang River where buried the enemies. Statue of King Le Dai Hanh looks so magnificent. His coat is flying in the wind. He is holding a sword and has glowing eyes, which seem to fire the enemies. Statue of Hung Dao Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan looks sedate. He is holding “Binh thu yeu luoc” (book on war tactics) on his right hand and a sword on his left hand, majestic standing: "This year fighting idle".

The all 3 statues are standing on a stone, their backs are leaning on the cedrus trees (its meaning is peaceful forever). Their eyes are looking far away. They are standing magnificent in the middle of the green space where the soul of The Heaven - The Land - The Human converges, and creates the eternity of Vietnam. The stake ground in the water symbols the battles of the old days to drive away the invaders.
